This place has really gone down hill in a bad way, I have been a loyal customer to this place for about 25 years but after tonight I don’t think i will be coming back, the man Working here Tonight 31st oct 2023 had the worst ever attitude, the young dark hair guy with the big hooked nose. Had me Standing around for at least 10 minutes with my kid waiting to be served I get it if they very busy but when there’s 5 staff standing there doing only 1 couples food the place wasn’t busy tonight at all only the 1 other couple in there that was turkish and instead of serve us as customers the guys working Tonight were more interested in standing around talking Turkish to this only 1 couple in the place. I eventually asked can I be served and the way the guy spoke to me was very rude & condescending for only asking to get served, never been treated this way in this place in the 25 years of coming here I just had to walk out with no food! I don’t know what’s happened to archway kebab in the last few months but it’s definitely not half the place it used to be, all these new workers are ruining the place & the food is not even the same as it used to be either. The only workers that are good in this whole place is Ali the bald chatty guy & the dark hair Albanian guy who has been here for a long time the only 2 that are respectful and the food is always good with them two only, the rest of the guys working here do not care at all about how the food or the service is. It’s a Shame because I was in this place for food at least a couple of times a week.

Food was decent but your portion sizes r ridiculous you should be ashamed of yourselves large portions are more like xtra small

I placed an order via ubereats they got my order wrong, I paid for lamb meat was given chicken and lamb instead when I can’t stand chicken. I called the store, unfortunately the workers don’t speak English very well so the language barrier …

For me, the best Kebab I've had in London. I keep coming back and I've always finished my food satisfied. The service is kind and prompt, the meat simply tastes great. Recently, they've increased the prices by quite a lot, despite that, I can only highly recommend. At least you get what you pay for. Thanks guys!
